It was a very nice experience to buy my new truck at Coggin!! Mike Powell was a verry knowledgeable and a super nice man !! There was no pressure on me at all. And Jus the finance officer did everything he could do to give me a great interest rate. And Gus was another great person to know and just be around !! If you need a car or truck Coggin GMC is where I would tell you to go !!

The service technician forgot to reset my oil life light which required me to make a trip back to the dealership.

I appreciate the tech from safe lite to repair/replace my front windshield . I as well had a great and professional tech for my maintenance work done on my car that day as well!

our advisor was very responsive and knowledgeable

had a 9 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 and 1/4 hours if was informed that they broke the lug nut on my wheel. They said it would take at least 2+ more hours to repair. Sent me home in an Uber. Took 3 phone calls to get them to send me an Uber to get back to the dealership to pick up my car. Then they wanted to charge me $90 for an appointment that was for 9 am and it was now 3 pm and I still wasn't home. I have gone to Coggin for my oil changes for 13 years--they will never see my face again!

Love this service team. Everyone is so polite and considerate. I have never had one minute of doubt that my Denali would receive anything less than outstanding attention from the maintenance crew, and they’ve had my back for 10 years. Well done team, well done.

Pre-paid for service online ordered parts and installation on the website. Dealership wanted to charge me again for the part and had $300 after 30 min of service manager on the phone. And providing my recept. They decided to only charge me $60 for a extra clamp. ..these lunatics are scam artists
