MIDDLEBURG, FL | 2020 Chevrolet 1500 SilveradoApril 8, 2026My service manager was different from those I have dealt with before and seemed professional enough, but when I dropped off my car, it was earlier than scheduled, and the service agent gave an approximation of 3 hours for the work I requested. I returned to the dealership four hours later. When I arrived, the service agent stated that my car would not be ready until the next day (Saturday). My frustration came when no one called to say that my car would not be ready on the day I dropped it off - I had to rearrange my plans for the remainder of the day and Saturday. The Service Agent stated that my car would be ready by noon on Saturday. I called the number listed on the website for the service department around 1 p.m., and the person on the phone showed my car as completed. When I arrived, the car was still not ready, and I was told it should be approximately 30 minutes. I waited an additional 2 hours for the repairs. I dont understand how my car was not a priority since it was a holdover from the day before. I was emailed an estimate of $428, but when I was presented the final bill, it was $675 with no additional work required. There should have been a discussion before I was asked for a 58% increase in the estimate - that is not fair to the customer. I would rather an organization be upfront with costs because it seems like shady practices to the consumer. It would probably be a better waiting room environment if the customers waiting didnt overhear the mechanic tell a co-worker that this sucks and he didnt really want to be there. Could that be indicative of why the work took so long and how people bringing their cars in for service on Saturday morning were serviced prior to my car from the day before. I am really unhappy because I have used Coggin Buick for my last 5 service calls.Monique F

ORANGE PARK, FL | 2023 GMC AcadiaApril 4, 2026I’ve been using this dealer for years both service and sales. Recently my last 2 visits have been not the same as what I was used to. For instance, this last visit, I scheduled an alignment, oil change, and tire rotation. The oil change was a comp due to issues I had on the last visit and it was honored. Thank you!! For the alignment, there was an online coupon through your website that I mentioned but when checking in the website was not currently working so the advisor said sorry, we can’t honor it unless he could see it. I said nvm cancel the alignment!! Just change the oil and I’ll go elsewhere for the alignment which he quoted more than double what the coupon was. By the end of the visit the website was working as they pulled my car out, I showed the advisor and said if you’ll honor your own coupon then we can go forward with the alignment. Reluctantly you could tell he didn’t want to but had to. I just want to know why your advisors aren’t aware of ALL coupons, deals, promos, etc. without the customer having to show them and also why they seem put out when they have to honor one? With the recent experiences here I’m leaning more towards servicing my own vehicle moving forward. Sorry but Coggin’s just not the same as it used to be.James B
