Always a pleasure to work with Gus and Sami. This is my 2nd truck purchased from Coggin GMC and they always take good care of me. Any issues I have they make sure to handle and Sami is very accommodating. If I ever buy another truck in the future I'll be coming back to Coggin GMC.

My service representative was Paul Sadowski an he was polite, professional and very informative! The service was performed in a timely manner and looked great when i picked it up. Thank everyone that was involved.

To start off, Haillie Harris was an amazing salesperson. As a very picky and indecisive person, I truly appreciated her dedication—she spent over 18 hours helping me find the perfect vehicle. Her sales tactics were exemplary and exactly how all salespeople should operate. Additionally, the sales manager, Chris Sheets, was incredibly accommodating and engaged with me at every step of the process, minimizing any back-and-forth. I did encounter an issue where I discovered significant rust on the truck a few days after purchase. However, the team was quick to respond and offered multiple solutions. Although I was tempted to switch to another brand, Haillie and Chris's exceptional service convinced me to give GMC another chance. They are the reason I stayed with GMC and they did a phenomenal job. Their professionalism and dedication have not only earned my business but also my trust and loyalty. I will be recommending the Coggin of Orange Park team to everyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I hope the managers recognize this outstanding team because they truly deserve it.
