Everyone was very friendly and didn’t have to wait long

Service did a fantastic job getting my vehicle serviced and was very in-tune with keeping me engaged on when my vehicle will be ready! Great service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My issue was never resolved and I had brought the vehicle in on numerous occasions and I'm still dealing with the original issue that I began with. I really need to get this problem resolved with my vehicle.

The service writer Matt was very helpful and courteous. Took care of everything with my warranty company. The only issue I had was with the recommended car rental company, Hertz, two days of calling for a rental and never talked to anyone. Good thing we had another vehicle. My truck was finished before the promised date. Great service!

Did not find or fix Electric steering problem and now the power steering is out again. I payed a tow bill for for nothing. There was a recall on this very problem and they said there was not. The mechanic simply didn't know how to diagnose or fix the problem and gave up on it. He has access to experts and didn't make the call to them. Very disappointed, he said it was a one off thing. Well it wasn't!!!
